Now, we offer a full catering service for any occasion, be it a special celebration in your lodge or a meal at The Nest. Tantalise your taste buds at our new restaurant and bar, The Nest, or for those who prefer to dine in the comfort of their own lodge, look no further than the Copper Goose. Our delivery service brings delicious meals right to your doorstep without having to leave your lodge. If you are celebrating a special occasion during your stay, our In Lodge Private Dining and In Lodge Private Cocktails are the ultimate way to celebrate with your loved ones. Our talented chefs and bartenders will bring their skills directly to your luxury lodge, creating delectable dishes and shaking up classic cocktails. At Bainland, we are committed to providing unforgettable dining experiences for our guests. Explore our dining options below: The Nest The Nest has a bistro inspired menu featuring breakfast, lunch, dinner, as well as bar snacks and an extensive spirits, wine, classic cocktail and gin list. The all-weather terrace is the perfect spot to enjoy a freshly brewed Stokes teas and coffees while taking in the beautiful surroundings, luxury interiors and a warm glow from the log burners. The Nest is dog-friendly, so your furry friend can join you for a meal no matter where you choose to sit, they can also enjoy their very own dog menu. Available every Wednesday between 11.00am and 1.00pm our guests can join us for an unforgettable Bottomless Brunch and enjoy eggs benedict, buttermilk pancakes, smoked salmon and more. The Nest also offers a Sunday lunch menu. Featuring traditional Sunday roasts with all the trimmings, half-price options for children and decadent desserts. The Sunday Lunch menu is available from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Two and three-course options are also available. For those looking to enjoy live music, The Nest also hosts music nights every Thursday and Saturday. Matt and his team perform their sets from 7:00 pm to 7:45 pm and 8:00 pm to 8:45 pm. In Lodge Dining Delivered If you are looking for a more casual dining experience, The Copper Goose is the perfect choice. Our in-lodge delivery service means you can order a variety of delicious menu items, from award-winning coffee and breakfast rolls to stone-baked pizzas, burgers, and even beer and wine, all delivered directly to your door using our fleet of electric carts. Simply scan the QR code in your lodge, place your order, and enjoy a delicious meal in the comfort of your own luxury lodge. In Lodge Private Dining For those that are celebrating at Bainland Lodge Retreats, we offer In Lodge Private Dining. Our talented chefs specialise in using locally sourced Lincolnshire ingredients to create a variety of dishes, from multi-course menus and Sunday roasts to sharing platters and informal dining, all in the comfort of your own lodge. In-lodge private dining is available for groups of 10 or more guests and is perfect for large gatherings and multi-generational families. Allow us to create a truly unforgettable experience for you and your loved ones. In Lodge Private Cocktails Indulge in the luxurious experience of having our bartenders craft classic cocktails for you. Our carefully curated list of classic cocktails includes all-time favourites such as Daiquiris, Espresso Martinis, Negronis, Margaritas, and many more. Whether you are celebrating a special occasion or simply looking for a night of indulgence in your lodge, our bartenders are always on hand to shake up the perfect cocktail. In Lodge Private Cocktails is available for groups of 10 or more guests. Grazing Boards Choose from a delicious selection of Grazing Boards, perfect for any size gathering. Each board is designed and priced for two people to share, but multiple boards can be created for any gathering. Featuring a Lincolnshire, cheese board, savoury board, charcuterie board and a vegan board.
