FAQ
Information
  • Are the glamping tents heated during colder months?

Our glamping tents come equipped with log burners, oil-filled radiators, and cosy camping blankets. However, because these are canvas structures, we advise guests visiting in autumn or winter to check forecast temperatures and pack warm layers.

  • Are bedding, towels, and robes provided?

Yes. Beds are pre-made with fresh linen, and we provide bath towels, plush bathrobes, and complimentary Bainland flip-flops (which you are welcome to keep and take home!).

  • Are glamping stays dog-friendly?

Yes, some of our tents welcome pets. Four-legged guests receive their own welcome pack upon arrival. Please select a pet-friendly tent when booking.

  • Can I order supermarket deliveries directly to my glamping tent?

Yes, please just put the name of the ten t you have booked with us on the order.

  • How many people can stay together in one tent?

Our standard Glamping Safari Tents comfortably sleep up to 6 guests, while our Big Beasts Safari Tents accommodate up to 8 guests in proper, pre-made beds, making them perfect for glamping for families with multiple generations or group reunions.

  • Can we book multiple glamping tents together for a larger party?

You can book neighbouring safari tents for larger groups. If you'd like your tents situated next to each other, please contact our team before booking so we can arrange allocation based on availability. Please note that we have a no noise policy after 10pm as we are a quiet family lodge getaway.

  • Is glamping suitable for babies and toddlers?

We wouldn't advise in winter months as they are canvas tents.
