We just couldn't wait any longer to get started. While The Spa at Bainland is still taking shape, treatments will be carried out in our temporary treatment rooms until June. These will be up and running from the end of April. A dedicated lodge has even been set aside to make sure the experience feels just as special in the meantime.

A wonderful range of treatments are available to choose from, including deep tissue, hot stone, Swedish, pregnancy and aromatherapy massages. All massages are offered in either 30 or 60 minutes.

During your visit you’ll be welcomed by staff, you will also have the option of a welcome drink whilst asked to fill out a short consultation form, if you haven’t already and we'll guide you through your treatments booked. You will be given a robe/towel and flip flops.
For treatments you can arrive in robe and swim wear, please don’t arrive in wet swim wear.
Yes, it’s highly recommended to book in advance to secure your preferred time and treatment, especially on weekends or during busy periods.
Arriving 5-10 minutes early is recommended This gives you time to relax and prepare for your treatment without feeling rushed.
Arriving late will shorten your treatment time to avoid delaying other guests. Any later than 15 minutes and your treatment will be cancelled without a refund.
