There is nothing quite like a tranquil massage to help you truly switch off. A heavenly range of spa therapies is available to choose from. Whether your muscles require some serious attention or a gentle, calming touch is more what you are looking for, there is something here for everyone. All massages are offered in either 30 or 60 minutes by one of our expert therapists.
Treat yourself to a relaxing facial treatment, available in 30, 60, or 75 minutes. Each treatment is carried out by our qualified therapists, making sure your body and soul are given the care and attention it deserves. Each ELEMIS facial will not only leave you feeling wonderfully relaxed, but your skin will be left looking glowing, refreshed and completely revived.

From 2pm, slip into your robe and let the afternoon unfold. The thermal wet spa facilities, swimming pool and outdoor hot tubs are there for you to drift between at your own pace until 5pm. Add on, for an additional charge, a Spa Menu at The Nest before for your experience starts, a treatment, or both.
From 8pm until 10pm, slip into two peaceful hours of thermal facilities, the swimming pool, sauna, ice bath and outdoor space, all beautifully quiet as the day winds down. The Twilight Spa Experience is an adult-only escape.
Experience the ultimate in luxury and relaxation in our indoor heated pool area, available for all the family. Enjoy all indoor facilities such as the heated pool, heated spa lounger, steam room and sauna. A maximum of 16 guests can enjoy at a time; there are changing rooms, showers and lockers available. General family swimming sessions are 7am - 8am, 8am - 9am, 9am - 10am, 5.30pm - 6.30pm and 6.30pm - 7.30pm. Available for £7.50 per person.
Exclusive to Spa Experience guests. Featuring two hot tubs, an ice bath for the brave, outdoor sauna, and relaxing sun loungers. Order your favourite tipples from The Nest and have them brought straight to the outdoor spa. No rushing. Just the outdoors, some steam, and however long your Spa Experience is booked for.
Start your day with a run on the treadmill, complete with virtual trainer support, or raise your heart rate on the cross trainer, exercise bike, or rowing machine. For a more mindful approach, yoga mats, medicine balls, and balance domes are all available to help you stretch, strengthen, and unwind. Our gym is complimentary for all guests to use and is open from 7.15am - 8.00pm. The new gym is located next to the Paddock; you can sign in once inside.

The outdoor Spa area that includes two hot tubs, an ice bath, outdoor sauna and sun loungers to relax on is only available to guests that have booked one of our Spa Experiences.
No, only the Spa Experiences include access to the Spa Facilities, you can add on a treatment to a Spa experience for an additional charge.
During your visit, you’ll be welcomed by our spa therapists and greeted with a welcome drink whilst asked to fill out a short consultation form, if you haven’t already, and we'll guide you through your treatments booked. You will be given a robe/towel and flip-flops.
For treatments, you can arrive in a robe and swimsuit. Please don’t arrive in wet swimwear.
Yes, it’s highly recommended to book in advance to secure your preferred time and treatment, especially on weekends or during busy periods.
Arriving 5-10 minutes early is recommended. This gives you time to relax and prepare for your treatment without feeling rushed.
Arriving late will shorten your treatment time to avoid delaying other guests. Any later than 15 minutes and your treatment will be cancelled without a refund.
