The Woodland Retreats

Dogs stay free at Bainland between April 21st and April 30th. Just add your four-legged friend to your booking at checkout, and the charge? Zero!

The Woodland Retreats are cosy & welcoming set along the edge of the park with wonderful views across the woodlands that provide a magnificent backdrop to these recently renovated lodges. The fully enclosed garden and raised decking area is complete with a luxurious hot tub offering the perfect space for you to sit back, relax and unwind.

Sleeping up to 8 guests in 4 en-suite bedrooms, 3 bedrooms have king size beds and one twin bedroom. Each bedroom has a wardrobe, dressing room area and TV.

The open plan living area offers a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials, oven & hob, Smeg fridge freezer, dishwasher together with cutlery, crockery, glassware, and utensils. An 8-seater dining table & chairs, comfortable sofa, and chair with a 55” smart TV for your entertainment.

Double patio doors give you direct access onto the elevated deck area with steps down to the fully enclosed garden.

The Woodland Retreats are pet friendly and their location on the park is ideal for you to enjoy a stroll in the beautiful adjoining woodland. We welcome up to 4 dogs per booking for the relevant charges. Each pet will receive their very own welcome pack on arrival.

*Please note, travel cots do not fit in The Woodland Retreats bedrooms.

* All beds made up prior to your arrival.
* Towels provided (1 bath sheet & 1 hand towel per person per stay).
* Luxury robe & flip flops - provided per person.
* Welcome pack of; tea, coffee, sugar, milk, sweet treats & toiletries.
* Hot tub is provided drained, cleaned, refilled and heated prior to every stay.
* Allocated private parking.
* Wifi included.
* Check in 4pm.
* Check out 10am.
* Early & late check in/out service available for an additional charge.

10% deposit required today, remaining balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival. Monthly payment option also available.
