The Meadows

Sleeping up to six guests - experience luxury and comfort in The Meadows with their beautifully designed and spacious open plan living areas, perfect for unwinding and relaxing. Each lodge is named after local animals you may see around Bainland during your stay with us.

The recently renovated lodges boast fully equipped kitchens with all the essentials, including an oven, hob, Smeg fridge freezer, dishwasher, and all necessary crockery, cutlery and utensils. A six-seater dining table and comfortable sofas, with a 55" smart TV for your entertainment. Step out through the patio doors onto a private decked terrace with a luxurious outdoor hot tub, and enjoy the semi-private garden with your furry family member.

We offer two types of The Meadows:

Hedgehog, Fox and Squirrel lodges have one master bedroom with a dressing table, wardrobe, TV & ensuite shower room. A further two double bedrooms share a separate family shower room.

Hare, Badger, and Deer lodges have one master bedroom with a dressing table. wardrobe, TV & ensuite shower room. There is a further double bedroom and twin bedroom which share a separate family shower room.

The Meadows are dog friendly, and we welcome up to 4 dogs per booking for the relevant charges. Each pet will also receive their very own welcome pack on arrival.

*All beds made up prior to your arrival.
*Towels provided (1 bath sheet & 1 hand towel per person per stay).
* Luxury robe & flip flops - provided per person.
*Anti-bacterial hand wash provided in kitchen, and soap provided in bathrooms.
* Hot tub is provided drained, cleaned, refilled and heated prior to every stay.
*Allocated private parking.
*Super fast Wi-Fi included.
*55" Wi-Fi Smart TV in the living area.
*Each bedroom has a smart 32 inch TV which is fully connected to our Wi-Fi allowing you to watch movies in bed!
*Check in from 4pm.
*Check out 10am.
*Early & late check in/out service available for an additional charge.

10% deposit is required today, the remaining balance is due 4 weeks prior to your arrival. Monthly payments are also available.
