Introducing Noka, a stunning two storey 10 bedroom lodge designed to bring people together for unforgettable family gatherings or exclusive Corporate and Wellness Retreats.

Set upon its own private lake with professional designed landscaping, Noka features versatile outdoor spaces including your very own beach complete with sand to build sandcastles. A large covered south facing terrace overlooks your lake making it the ideal spot for chic outdoor dining. Two luxury hot tubs & a fire pit together with luxurious outdoor furniture by Vincent Sheppard cater for your relaxation.

Inspired by Japanese Barns with an essence of rustic English charm, the light soft open plan interior offers exceptional spaces for you to relax and unwind. The spacious bespoke DeVol kitchen with a SMEG cooker and two fridge freezers, complete with Le Creuset pots, pans & tableware making it the perfect kitchen area for you to cater and entertain during your stay. 

The main living area is divided into an open plan lounge complete with a 98 inch Smart TV and a log burner.

In The Billiard Room, you can enjoy a game of American pool, challenge friends to cards or board games at the handcrafted Poker table, or simply relax with a drink at your private bar. For an additional cost, enhance your experience with Noka's Drinks Package, featuring 30L kegs of Birra Moretti and Old Mout Berries and Cherries. This package is perfect for any celebration or Corporate Retreat. Simply add this to your booking when checking out.

The spacious versatile mezzanine level provides the perfect setting to enjoy a movie night with the 98 inch Smart TV or take advantage of the yoga and meditation equipment for a wellness retreat.

Accommodating up to 20 guests, Noka has 10 beautiful en-suite bedrooms, six on the upper floor and four on the ground floor. All featuring super king zip-locked beds that can be twinned and a 55 inch Smart TV. French doors open onto either the upper floor balcony or the main terraced area. A haven of high quality, the stunning interiors have been created using beautiful fabrics from British design houses such as Mulberry and Designers Guild. 

And we haven’t forgotten about your furry companions, the beautiful landscaped gardens are enclosed ensuring a secure environment for your dogs. We welcome up to 6 dogs per booking for relevant charges, this includes a doggy welcome pack on arrival.
