The Cove

We are thrilled to present our latest collection of 4 bed lodges at Bainland, The Cove. Avocet and Curlew with their unique architectural roofline and distinctive design sit beautifully on a lake with stunning landscaping by award winning Influence Landscapes.

Escape the ordinary and discover these luxury lodges featuring 4 Kingsize en suite bedrooms and versatile open plan living. Fire up the Morso log burner and cosy up on bespoke furniture to enjoy the views across the lake or watch your favourite film on the 65-inch Smart TV.

Each lodge boasts a fully equipped kitchen including Le Creuset cookware, an induction extractor hob, double ovens, fridge freezer & the all-important wine fridge!

Star gaze from your bed! Each en-suite bedroom features an oversized Velux window through which you can gaze upon the night sky, but don’t worry they come complete with a remote-controlled blackout blind! Two of the four bedrooms feature a super king zip locked beds that can be twinned and all feature a 32-inch smart TV.

Inspired by the serenity of the wild Lincolnshire coastline, the interiors feature furnishings in a gentle colour palette by design houses Sanderson & Mulberry.

Unwind on the private terrace complete with a large hot tub and outdoor shower. Relax on the elegant loungers & seating by Vincent Sheppard or dine alfresco around the outdoor dining table and fire. Stunning landscapes reflect coastal textures including a small sandy beach for you to build your very own sandcastles.

We haven’t forgotten about your furry companions; the landscaped gardens are enclosed to ensure a secure environment for your dogs. We welcome up to four dogs per booking for the relevant charges, this includes a doggy welcome pack.
